Appraisals:
$25/hour includes photographs, measurements, history and item description. Three comporable values, insurance replacement costs.
Estate Consulting:
AJ can come to you. Home visits are available by appointment. Estate consulting fees are normally a percentage of auction sale amount. Negotiated on a case by case basis.
